No Bake Coconut Date Balls

Ingredients

pitted Medjool dates

pecans
pinch sea salt

shredded coconut
Instructions
Soak the dates for 10 minutes in warm water until
softened.
Pulse the soaked dates and pecans in a food
processor until a dough is formed.
Scoop 2 tablespoons of the mixture and use your
hands to roll into a ball.
Allow to sit in the fridge for 5 minutes to solidify.
Roll the bites into the shredded coconut pressing
gently so they adhere.
Store in the fridge and enjoy!
