Quick & Easy French Toast

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces sprouted grain bread
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup of unsweetened
  • vanilla almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • berries for topping

Instructions

  • Mix eggs, almond milk, syrup and cinnamon in a shallow bowl.
  • Soak each piece of bread in mixture for about 2 minutes.
  • Heat a pan over medium heat and melt 1 teaspoon of coconut oil.
  • Place a piece of bread in the pan, cooking each side until golden brown.
  • Repeat for all slices and enjoy warm with extra maple syrup and berries on top!
