Quick & Easy French Toast

Ingredients

sprouted grain bread

eggs

cup
of unsweetened
vanilla almond milk

tablespoon
maple syrup
1
teaspoon
coconut oil
½
teaspoon
cinnamon
berries for topping
Instructions
Mix eggs, almond milk, syrup and cinnamon in a shallow bowl.
Soak each piece of bread in mixture for about 2 minutes.
Heat a pan over medium heat and melt 1 teaspoon of coconut oil.
Place a piece of bread in the pan, cooking each side until golden brown.
Repeat for all slices and enjoy warm with extra maple syrup and berries on top!
