Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 °F.
Cut carrots into fries and combine in a bowl with oil, arrowroot flour, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
Place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until browned, flipping halfway through.
Serve warm with dip of choice!
