Carrot Fries

Ingredients

  • 1 pound medium carrots
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons arrowroot flour
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 °F.
  • Cut carrots into fries and combine in a bowl with oil, arrowroot flour, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  • Place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, or until browned, flipping halfway through.
  • Serve warm with dip of choice!
